Please note that we only offer exchanging item sizes, not models or carat sizes.

Exchanging Ring Sizes
We offer free ring size exchanging for once. Customers are required to contact us and arrange for returning within 14days (upon receiving any articles).
Customers are responsible for any shipping fees incurred during the process of returning.

Step 1.
If the models you purchased are incorrect or there are quality issues, please contact us within 3 days (from the day of receiving the items) and retain your receipt, we are glad to exchange items with the same delivery method.

Step 2.
Items ineligible for return
1. Items with man-induced damage
2. Items with damaged packaging
3. Customised models or sizes (#8-#11, #18-#23)
4. Earrings (due to hygienic issues)

Step 3.
Please enclose your contact details and problems encountered, then return to the following address:

Step 4.
Customers are responsible for any shipping fees incurred in the process of exchanging.
Please use express mail service or express companies for exchanging. We do not accept items returned by surface mail.
If the items are damaged or lost during the process of delivery, customers shall be responsible for all risks.

Step5.
We will arrange repairing or exchanging after receiving the items and return them within 1 month (actual time may vary according to different situations).

Step 6.
Customers shall be responsible for any shipping fees incurred by exchanging and returning items.

No Refunding

•    Note that the services below do not apply to custom-made models and sizes: #8-#11, #18-#23 cannot be resized, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
•    If you want to exchange size, please retain any purchase information and ensure the goods are not damaged or used.
•    Earrings cannot be exchanged due to hygienic reasons.

We reserve rights to make amendments about any terms and conditions. In any cases of disputes, decisions make by this website shall be final.
